Room was clean and breakfast buffet was nice. I would be surprised if there is another Florence hotel which offers this level of facilities and proximity to the town centre (15 minutes walking time, max) at the same price. If travelling by car though you will need to pay a parking fee of 1.5 euro per hour between 8.00am - 8.00pm on the streets outside. Even with this, it's still good value.
Front door key was poorly cut - I once had to wait outside for someone to let me in as I couldn't get the lock to open. A bit of noise came through from the streets and train line outside, but nothing too major.

Both room and staff are nice, but we have to share the bathroom.

The convenience of having the hotel very close to the train station. This is very convenient, specially if you are thinking of doing short one-day trips from Florence.
The staff was very hard to find, since they were not all the time in the hotel. I did not have any problems, but I met a couple who arrived late at night and could not get into the hotel due to no one being in the reception.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
Although breakfast was supposed to be included there was none provided.

The guy who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The room was surprisingly spacious. There were two shared bathrooms, which was nice because we didn't have to stand in line.
The bathrooms were ok, but the shower cabins could be a bit bigger and cleaner.

clean facility and helpful staff
we took the wrong direction from the railway station so it took us a lot more time to find the hotel.remember to take the right side exit when you get off the train.

Confortable and spacious room. The most important: everything was clean and in order. Excellent quality/price ratio. Close to the Santa Maria Novella train station.
The bathroom being shared but, fortunately, it was clean and nice.

Very close to SMN station. The lady on the desk was very helpful, there is a small fridge and microwave in the common area so that was very helpful. WIFI is also available.
The room was not very clean and it was bit noisy outside in the morning.

The microwave oven, fridge, hot water jug and tea and coffee facilities really made our stay extra comfortable! It's great for us who are sick of dining out all week, we just got some simple food and heat it up. The house is clean and comfortable, and our room is specious. The place is easy to find, 5 mins from train station and shopping centre, unbeatable location. The hosts are very friendly and very helpful with all our questions. It's the 'best' b&b we've stayed in Italy! We would definitely go back if we visit Florence again.

Great staff, good location, and great price.
It is a little hard to find, but if you print out a map it is not too bad.
